Festival producers and event coordinators deal with constant challenges on site, as external factors (supply chain issues) can compound internal factors (team dynamics) and quickly leave folks in the dark. Therefore, the mission of FLAME is to be a trustworthy resource critical for revitalizing community systems by sparking positive dialogue, fueling creative strategies, and bringing shared values to light concerning personal quality of life, community wellbeing, and festival development.
